Guardian Pressure Dispense Liner
The Guardian Pressure-Dispense liner is designed to assist in the dispensing of highly viscous materials from intermediate bulk containers.
By pressurizing the two external air bladders in the liner, liquids are gathered together in the center of the container and made available for the pump to evacuate the liner without losing prime.
As material is removed from the liner, the air bladders expand to fill the empty space and eventually concentrate the viscous material in the bottom center of the container directly adjacent to the dispense port.
The Guardian Pressure Dispense Liner can reduce the amount of residual material left in the IBC substantially.
The Guardian Pressure-Dispense liner is designed to operate with the 275 gallon and 1000 liter PaperIBC and the 315 gallon Buckhorn collapsible tote. The system is also compatible with many other IBC containers.
