Clean room construction means the Ultra-Clean liner body is always in a lay-flat form during the heat sealing process. The liner is never opened, therefore risk from particulate contamination is reduced. When filled, the liner takes the shape of the outer package and becomes form-fitted. A form-fitted liner allows you to get complete fill and discharge of the contents. There are no traps and folds that can prevent material flow and cause material loss. In addition, the liner eliminates costly and time consuming cleaning of the outer container. Liners can be made in a variety of sizes to fit your outer container. Built-in attachment points aid in the filling and discharge of materials.
